Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Important Notice: Product mentioning (e.g., making public claims, endorsements, or complaints before contacting us) is not allowed and may affect return eligibility.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, contact us at support@kitchenclip.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@kitchenclip.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@kitchenclip.com.
